We look at our hard costs to get it to the point where it is right now – cost of development, software, content, marketing. Then we factor in how many leads and/or applications it’s generating from Google Search.
If there’s referral sources, we factor that in as well.
We also make sure you’ll have a really good chance to recoup the cost of the website within 9-12 months by doing absolutely nothing. If you continue to market the website, you should recoup your costs in much less time.
Why are you selling these websites?
Building and marketing websites take time and money to scale. Selling a website in it’s early stages is win/win because it helps our cashflow to keep producing more websites and helps you because you’re getting a “Done For You” lead generation asset immediately.
Why don’t you disclose the website publicly?
Several reasons. (1) Skews the traffic and conversion analytics. (2) Protects the future buyer.
Do you offer payment plans?
No. If you don’t have the cash flow, consider using a 0% interest credit card.
