Life Insurance Website Marketplace

We sell websites that are already generating leads.

If you’re looking to skip the whole process of building a site, marketing it and waiting for it start generating leads, sign up for our e-mail list to be notified when websites hit our marketplace. We only list sites that are generating leads already.  In other words, we build them, write the content and build the website’s authority and only when it generates it’s first lead, do we list it here.

Current listings

We have several niche websites for sale that have generated their first lead – they start at $5000.  A little more work and these sites should pump out consistent leads.  We have websites for sale that generate daily leads from the search engines starting at $20,000. It’s important to note that as traffic increases, so will the price.  If there’s no interest, then we’ll take the site for ourselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you determine the price? We look at our hard costs to get it to the point where it is right now – cost of development, software, content, marketing.  Then we factor in how many leads and/or applications it’s generating from Google Search. If there’s referral sources, we factor that in as well. We also make sure you’ll have a really good chance to recoup the cost of the website within 9-12 months by doing absolutely nothing. If you continue to market the website, you should recoup your costs in much less time. Why are you selling these websites? Building and marketing websites take time and money to scale.  Selling a website in it’s early stages is win/win because it helps our cashflow to keep producing more websites and helps you because you’re getting a “Done For You” lead generation asset immediately. Why don’t you disclose the website publicly? Several reasons.  (1) Skews the traffic and conversion analytics. (2) Protects the future buyer. Do you offer payment plans? No. If you don’t have the cash flow, consider using a 0% interest credit card. May I add, this is good debt. You’re buying an asset that can appreciate and be sold.
